Privacy policies are a requirement of the General Data Protection Regulation (applies to everyone who serves any visitors in the EU).

I’m no lawyer, so here’s a few resources for getting a great privacy policy:

• If you’re in the UK the ICO has a great free template. You can find it under the resources section on this page.

• If you’re outside the UK, Termly** is a great option for you!
