Hi, I’m Becky!
I help amazing midlife women who live with chronic pain to manage their condition in a way that allows them to live and work with joy and purpose.
Hello and welcome from Northern Ireland where I live on the beautiful North Down coast in a little place called Ballyholme, Bangor with my husband Gary and our two cats.
I am a 57 year old, post-menopausal woman, mother to Kerry and Matthew, grandmother to my amazing little grandson Angel Ezra, a textile artist, seeker of serenity and joy, advocate of seasonal living and natural healing, as well as a passionate collector of vintage treasures.
I have lived with a chronic pain condition since my late twenties and I know a thing or two about living with continual pain, day-in-day-out, for over three decades. I know that life, love, and business are a tough journey with pain as a travel companion.
I know it can consume your life if you let it.
But I also know that giving up should never be an option when it comes to managing your pain. We all have incredible strength and power within to overcome our suffering and personal adversity, but sometimes we need a gentle guiding hand to reveal that potential to heal ourselves.
Ten of my favourite things
Walking by the sea, and beachcombing for pebbles and driftwood
My garden - I’m often in wellies with dirt on my face and hands in the soil
Kissing the back of my little grandson’s neck and feeling his hand in mine
Finding a really good wool shop
Buying and hoarding wool from a really good wool shop
Kindness and compassion
Creative time in my garden studio
Living in step with the seasons
Laughing with family and friends
Having a really good night’s sleep
