Diversity and Inclusion

In my one-to-one and group coaching programmes I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive culture which embraces diversity. A safe environment where women can thrive, where they are valued, respected, treated fairly, and supported without prejudice, irrespective of their age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political views, abilities and disabilities, background, race, ethnicity, or identity.

I desire to create an environment through my work where all individual differences and contributions are recognised, valued, and respected and where all coaching programmes are open to participation and representation by women across the full and wonderful range of diverse backgrounds.

I acknowledge that as a white, cis-gendered, heterosexual woman from a middle-class background, I hold certain privileges, and that operating from within my own cultural norms could unintentionally or unconsciously influence my actions, thinking, and perspectives in ways that could be seen as exclusive - however, I am continually striving to educate myself to overcome unconscious bias and enhance intentional inclusivity and diversity.
